Product Description

It consist of 16 different parts with 4 different materials (Aluminium, Tungstun, High silica, Glass filled phenol formaldehyde and steel).

This assembly is mainly used in propulsion system which creating the thrust TVC gives the ability for an aircraft, rocket, or other vehicle to manipulate the direction of the thrust from its engine or motor to control the attitude or angular velocity of the vehicle. CEPL successfully executed TVC, right from the raw material stage to the complete end product in house. Now CEPL is currently working on TVC for 7 separate missiles and has production orders for the same.

 This assembly fabrication process involves complicate machining, complex shapes of composite moulding, metal to composite bonding, curing and assembly etc.
